Used Park Cities Power Wash to clean our driveway and pavers. The entire process was smooth, and we were very happy with the results. Our tech, Ashlynn, was very professional and I would not hesitate to have her back out again for future services.

I received exterior power washing for my house, driveway, patio, and sidewalks, as well as exterior window washing. Bailey was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, explaining the process, coordinating the service, and communicating my special requests. Mike and Peyton performed the power washing and followed all special instructions. There was a very noticeable difference in my brick before and after the wash, while they also maintained the integrity of the paint and protected electrical equipment and plants. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. I hadn’t had my house washed in over two years, and now it feels cleaner and brighter.

Initial bid came in higher than expected, so they worked with me to dial back the services needed to meet budget. Competitor bid was almost same as theirs. Needed roof/gutters cleared of tree funk as well as leaf litter caught in a pergola and washing front of house. Communications were great. Actual service left a couple of concerns which they went to extra lengths to address and make right. The owner himself came to talk with me, see the work and talk with the cleaning technician. Very conscientious and upright folks.
