Standard Terms and Conditions

1) Legally Binding Agreement: By signing a contract with Park Cities Power Wash, LLC, you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages.


2) Product Warranties: All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Park Cities Power Wash, LLC makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, Park Cities Power Wash, LLC should be notified immediately.


3) Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Park Cities Power Wash, LLC the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.


4) Electrical Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Park Cities Power Wash, LLC the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required it will be at an additional charge.


5) Courtesy: While Park Cities Power Wash, LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. This is for your safety as well as our own.


6) Payments: Payments to Park Cities Power Wash, LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, cash, card, or other form of electronic payment. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job unless terms were agreed upon prior to commencement of work or are in writing on our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Park Cities Power Wash, LLC related to the collection process of outstanding balances.


7) Scheduling: Scheduling in a business whose productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.


8) Removal & Replacement of Patio/Deck Contents: Park Cities Power Wash, LLC will remove and replace grills, furniture, planters and any other items from the deck, however we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. The customer may move items themself if they do not want to agree to these terms.


9) Damages: Park Cities Power Wash, LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl and painted hardie board siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails the removal of chalky, gritty, or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl, aluminum, or painted hardie board to stand out. Park Cities Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for such conditions. Park Cities Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.


10) Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints, and gum oils are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.


11) Watertight: Park Cities Power Wash, LLC Services expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. Park Cities Power Wash, LLC Services is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items or doors or windows. 


12) Window Spotting: Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included unless otherwise noted in your quote.



13) Concrete: The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.         


Consent to Receive Text Messages


By signing up through our website, You are consenting to receive text messages that may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided from Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation, its affiliates or its successors.


Your consent to receive text messages (including promotional and  transactional alert text messages, which come from a ten digit phone number) from Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation, is subject to these Text Terms, including the Dispute Resolution provisions found below, and also is subject to the Privacy Policy at the link below (collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement").


You agree that when You consent to receive text messages from any of our text message programs, You will receive confirmatory opt-in text messages from the respective program. You agree to receive opt-out texts from any of our programs if You subsequently reply STOP to any text messages you receive. For help related to any text message program, reply HELP to any text message received. You agree that when You initiate a text message to any of our text message programs, You may receive related text messages in reply.


  • When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, marketing messages,  and follow-up.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you can expect to receive per month will vary based on your interaction with us, Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation.

Please consult Your service agreement with Your wireless carrier to determine Your phone's pricing plan. This program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The carriers supported by this program are AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon, but Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice.


You warrant that You have provided Your accurate mobile telephone number to Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation and that You have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. Before changing, deactivating, or relinquishing Your mobile phone number, You agree that You will opt-out of Park Cities Power Wash Limited Liability Corporation text message programs, or text message programs offered by our other brands which You may have signed up to receive. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Text Terms.
